NEWSLETTER: CALL FOR ARTICLES
KYSCI publishes a quarterly newsletter to
share chapter events, member’s stories
and
articles of interest to our readers.
KYSCI is requesting articles for publication
in its award winning Newsletter, “Kentuckiana Hunter” and on our website. www.kentuckianasci.org . Our Sponsors are always welcome to summit
articles and / or advertisements that
may
be of interest to our membership for
publication
consideration.
Articles should be submitted to the SCI Webmaster
at webmaster@kentuckianasci.org for up-coming issues by the following dates;
Spring Issue-February 10th Summer Issue-May 10th
Fall Issue-August 10th Winter Issue-November 10th
Article Guidelines
- Articles can be of any topic that would be
of interest to our membership. 250
- 2000
words using A MS Word file attached to an e-mail. Longer articles can be accepted when space
permits.
- Photos are always good to better illustrate
your article. Submit photos in JPEG,
TIFF,
or GIF format, highest resolution
possible
with a minimum of 300 dpi. Captions for photographs are not required
but are highly recommended. They
may be submitted
by e-mail format and must be referenced
to
the appropriate photographs file
name. Include photographs, logos, or other graphics
if available.
- Photographs without articles will be considered for publishing in the newsletter
and on the website. Photographs must
have
captions and or description of the
photographed
event.
- Remember our readership include youth. Please
submit article with language and
content
that is all age appropriate.
- Include author's full name, and email address.
No copyright protected material will
be accepted
without written approval from the
author.
- Provide web links to further information
when applicable.
The Editor reserves the right to edit articles
for length, style, and content.
